Today we are deeply honored to host the services for a dear friend of the Indiana State Fairgrounds, Mr. Bill Stinson. Bill was a cherished part of our Fair family, serving as the Executive Director of the Indiana State Fair Commission from 1993 through 2004. He was the Grand Champion for our 4-H Building Complex and orchestrated endless campus improvements. His passion, impact and legacy will live on in the heart of the Fairgrounds that he loved so much. Our deepest sympathies go out to Bill’s family and loved ones.
