Delicious Mexican nachos… find them this Sunday at the 4th annual Dia de Los Mu***os Festival in Irvington!!!

Nachos originated in 1943 when Ignacio “Nacho” Anaya, a chef at a restaurant in Piedras Negras, Mexico, created the dish for a group of American military wives. Anaya improvised with limited ingredients to make a dish of fried tortilla chips topped with melted cheese and jalapeños, which he named "Nachos Especiales". The dish became popular in Texas and spread across the United States, becoming a staple at parties, sports events, and other gatherings.

Los nachos son un platillo mexicano que se originó en Piedras Negras, Coahuila, en la década de 1940. Ignacio Anaya, el chef del restaurante, creó los nachos de forma accidental para un grupo de esposas de soldados estadounidenses que visitaban el país.

Carter & Kenny’s Wedding — A Celebration Close to Our Hearts!

We had SO much fun planning Carter & Kenny’s wedding! From the moment we walked into Carter’s parents’ home for their private wedding tasting, we were welcomed with the most genuine warmth and hospitality. 🥹

Their kindness made everything feel so effortless! What started as a tasting quickly turned into a wonderful experience filled with laughter, great conversations, delicious food, and excitement for the big day!

From that first meeting to bringing their wedding vision to life, every step was an absolute pleasure. This is exactly why we love what we do!

Our blushing bride and handsome groom looked absolutely stunning! Every detail was simply beautiful, from the elegant décor to the incredible music selection that made the night unforgettable!

Y por supuesto, Chulas Catering le puso el toque especial con un menú lleno de tradición y auténtico sazón mexicano.

Nuestros deliciosos Tacos de Asada, el tradicional Chicken Mole, y una selección de antojitos irresistibles, including our crispy Mini Chicken Flautas and homemade Tamales, were the perfect combination of elegance and Mexican comfort food!
