Man and God is good!  competing against these four incredible chefs for me was intimidating to say the least but but also a learning experience. I did not come out with the win, but what an experience to watch and have a front row seat to see these amazing chefs work!! Truly privileged
I realize I don’t have any of the people connected to my business page, but I will acknowledge them in a later date 
Congratulations to Chef Tracy truly an amazing chef!!!
First round I made : sweet potato gnocchi with a sweet potato, mascarpone cream sauce, I turned Fischer Farms pork loin into a Moroccan sausage and use the other half of the tenderloin to make a sweet and spicy fried pork crumble

Second dish : spicy fried frog legs with salad with a creamy balsamic honey vinaigrette Foster’s house made hot sauce and pickled veggies

Hey beautiful people! We will be having our last hurrah at the restaurant on Thursday from 11 to 8. That will be the only day we will be open in the restaurant. We still will be operating as a catering company from there, but the school will be closed to the public. 
I will be sending out a menu tomorrow to send this great blessing of a restaurant that God gave me called Foster‘s Café off the right way. Again thank you all for your support. Love U all more than words can express!!!!
