A question I always ask my couples is whether they have pets who will participate in their ceremony.
Today I'm remembering my very best 'assistant celebrant' who never left my side during our consultations or my feet while I married her humans in an intimate home wedding.

When pandemic shutdowns halted my business, I paused my business FB pages. While it was a business risk and extremely difficult financially, it was the responsible decision.
My priority remains the health and safety of the couples, families and clients I serve so I am still overly cautious about putting myself in a position of contracting the virus.
While this means missing out on many volunteer activities, non-profit fundraisers, and social engagements, I hope the respect, consideration and gratitude I feel towards those who hire me is evident.
I am grateful for each of you who has placed your faith and trust in me over the last two+ years and as we move forward with cautious optimism. Be well and love one another! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

A perfect way to begin my month was with the honor of marrying Tim and Marie. Despite having fascinating personal and professional lives and being incredibly intelligent, they were down-to-earth, easy to work with and fun.

Being able to enjoy all the laughter and smiles as I shared their cute love story made for a wonderful experience and facilitating rituals for them and their family and friends was the perfect personal touch to make their ceremony truly reflective of their passions!

I hope all your married days are easy and relaxing and continue to bring a warm smile to your faces! Best wishes!

Celebrating one of my August couples who married surrounded by nature and blessed by the elements. They chose to include a handfasting ritual for themselves and a passing of the light ritual connecting everyone there. I think their 1yo son approved, too.
