What a weekend in LA with the SET team!

From a sunset in Santa Monica after a site visit at the Fairmont with Lee… To waking up to the sunrise from my room and being startled by the window cleaners at 6 am (nearly jumped out of bed.) A flower run to Vinny’s in the fashion district turned my hotel room into a mini floral shop… complete with a surprise roommate for the night 🐛. Reconnected with a friend from San Francisco after 13 years for a private tour of Culver Studios, then wrapped it all in football mode for Michigan vs. USC, hanging out under the bus during game day.

Just your average weekend as an event manager with an awesome team!

Friday: Reconnected with one of my first San Francisco friends.

Saturday: Supported the Sports & Entertainment Travel team for Texas A&M vs. Notre Dame—both sides brought home a win!

Sunday: Cubs game with Tegan to end the weekend strong and unwind after a busy event stretch.

There’s nothing better than working with people you truly enjoy, makes those long days leading up to the Indy 500 fly by. Every year, I find myself appreciating motorsports just a little bit more. 🏁✨

8 days in paradise, but this wasn’t just a vacation—it was my office! 🌴✨

Excited to have managed on-site event operations for a corporate incentive experience in stunning Turks & Caicos while staying at the luxurious Ritz-Carlton. From kayaking and snorkeling to Love Buggy tours, dine-arounds, and beachfront dinners, I also had the pleasure of working with and meeting so many amazing people. Every detail was crafted to inspire and reward.

🌟 One week post-event and I’m finally feeling human again! After 10 months of planning, navigating unexpected hurdles, and rallying an incredible team of vendors and talent, we crossed the finish line together.

A special shoutout to Susie—the first person I contracted directly for Stone Events & Promotions. Not only did she help make it happen, but I also gained a fantastic new friend along the way!

Work and play at the Modelo Classic in Vegas! I had the incredible opportunity to experience Allegiant Stadium for the first time while witnessing LSU vs. USC game.
