What a weekend in LA with the SET team!

From a sunset in Santa Monica after a site visit at the Fairmont with Lee… To waking up to the sunrise from my room and being startled by the window cleaners at 6 am (nearly jumped out of bed.) A flower run to Vinny’s in the fashion district turned my hotel room into a mini floral shop… complete with a surprise roommate for the night 🐛. Reconnected with a friend from San Francisco after 13 years for a private tour of Culver Studios, then wrapped it all in football mode for Michigan vs. USC, hanging out under the bus during game day.

Just your average weekend as an event manager with an awesome team!

Saturday: Supported the Sports & Entertainment Travel team for Texas A&M vs. Notre Dame—both sides brought home a win!

Sunday: Cubs game with Tegan to end the weekend strong and unwind after a busy event stretch.

8 days in paradise, but this wasn’t just a vacation—it was my office! 🌴✨

Excited to have managed on-site event operations for a corporate incentive experience in stunning Turks & Caicos while staying at the luxurious Ritz-Carlton. From kayaking and snorkeling to Love Buggy tours, dine-arounds, and beachfront dinners, I also had the pleasure of working with and meeting so many amazing people. Every detail was crafted to inspire and reward.
