Well, it's been quite awhile but I did tell everyone I'd post when we're back at it. Probably going to switch back to Droopy's for this iteration. Always had more success with Droopy's

Thanks to the recently passed Tamale Act I can get back into the catering game. I am still ServSafe Manager certified. I am currently limited due to the equipment I have. At the moment, I can comfortably cater for 50 ppl (could potentially do more depending on the ask). So, if you know anyone needing BBQ, TexMex or Italian catering send them my way. This will all be drop-off or pick-up catering. Hit rock bottom, time to build it back.

I'd like to thank everyone who came out to support us over the past Year and a half at the restaurant. I appreciate all the great reviews and kind words! Additionally, I'd like to thank everyone who's supported us over the past 10 years that we've been in business starting with Bare Shoulder BBQ to Droopy's BBQ to Droopy's Indy Eats to Salamone Bros.!!!! I'm trying out some non-restaurant ventures but you never know.
The last couple days we were open, everyone was amazing! I truly enjoyed spending time talking with everyone I could. 😁
I'm planning to deactivate my Social Media for awhile. However, if I ever open something else I'll definitely convert this page so everyone will know.

We'd like to Thank everyone who gave us a shot over the past year and a half!
Unfortunately it has come time to permanently close up shop. This will be our final week! We'll be open Wednesday - Friday or until we sell out of product. We'd love to see everyone 1 last time.
