Lock and Key Events are the fun, new interactive dating event for singles. We take a regular happy hour and mix in the ULTIMATE icebreaker. As soon as you check in and get your first lock or key, set off to try and find its match. Every key matches at least 2-3 locks, so depending on how outgoing you are, you could find your first match within minutes! Just approach a member of the opposite sex an
d ask if you can see if your hardware is a match. Our events usually have between 100 and 200 single professionals, so the possibilities are endless. We also closely monitor our rosters carefully and put in any extra effort needed to make sure that there is an even amount of men and women. Once you find your match, turn in your hardware and get a new piece and start all over. The more matches you make, the more entries into the end of the night raffle you receive. Some of our prizes have included hotel stays, gym memberships, $250 cash, bar tabs, free tickets to other singles events and more. Think of it as your typical after-work happy hour or get together. It's fun, there's no pressure and you can talk to whomever you like for as long as you like. Each Lock & Key Event Coordinator has been carefully chosen and possess the strong event management, marketing and promotional skills needed to ensure large scale, quality events in great venues in your city. If after receiving an announcement, you'd like to attend, we ask that you pre-pay or RSVP so we have enough locks and keys and have a general idea of how many people are going. Although you can show at the door, pre-payment guarantees you a lock or key no matter when you arrive while an RSVP guarantees a lock or key up until a certain time. If you decide to just show at the door without pre-paying or an RSVP, you take your chances as we may not be able to accommodate you (it has happened!).
