Are you looking for something to do this Friday evening?
We are in need of a few servers for a wedding this Friday in Noblesville Indiana.

It should be a beautiful night, perfect weather for providing a young couple with their first meal of matrimony together.

Shift would be around 6 1/2 hours. Arrival time is 3:30 but negotiable. Pay is $15 an hour. Staffing has been an absolute treat over the last few months-and we certainly would appreciate anyone’s help with this event. Feel free to message directly and we will get you details.

Tired of late night kitchen shifts?
We are looking for a full-time catering chef. The position is available immediately.$15-$20 per hour with the potential for a salaried position. Schedule changes for the offsite work, but it is mostly days (8-3) during weekdays with most weekend evenings during our busy times required. Must have a valid drivers license. Responsibilities include daily prep and event ex*****on. High-volume kitchen or catering experience required.

HELP (wanted)!

Mills Catering needs your help (or your kids help, or your friend’s help or your neighbor’s help). Heck, we'd even take help from your sworn nemesis!

People are still getting married! Yes, we try our best to talk them out of it but they are ready to take the leap AND they want our wonderful food and service to usher them into their first meal of marital bliss.

We are looking to fill some weekend shifts and you (or someone you know) may be the perfect person for this!

Super easy requirements: Must be a nice human, at least 16 years old, willing to make $15.00 an hour, able to follow directions, willing to mask up when needed, and capable of having fun in a professional setting.

We have need on most weekends, but we are not looking for anything serious… even occasional help would be great.

Hello fine people!

The mighty chefs of Mills Meals are back from their mandatory vacation rested, rejuvenated and ready to feed you and those you care about.

Delivery to your door will be by noon on Wednesday March 31st or pick-ups are still 4-6 on Wednesday at the kitchen. You’ll be able to indicate your preference at checkout.

Here are this week’s offerings:

· Thai Chicken Wrap Kit

· Chicken and Rice Soup (Frozen) and GF

· Lentil Soup (Frozen) Brown Lentils simmered with root vegetables, za’atar spices and scratch veggie stock.

· White Bean Cassoulet (Frozen) White beans slowly cooked with ham hocks/smoked pork shoulder then baked with tomatoes, fresh herbs and toasted bread crumbs.

· Beef and Noodle Kugel Bake (Frozen) Slow braised beef with root vegetables and rosemary topped with egg noodles and ricotta.


Pork Carnitas and Papas Bravas Bake (Frozen) Olga and Sandra’s world famous pork Carnitas, topped with season smashed potatoes and cheese.

· Corn Pudding (Frozen) Savory pudding with sweet corn, corn flour, butter and touch of honey

· Spanikopita (Frozen) Greek Easter is coming, are you ready? Parbaked and ready to reheat.

Other stuff:

· Need a little extra money? Catering is slowly coming back and we are still need a few (masked and distanced) servers for help for 2 events on Saturday April 3rd in the late afternoon to evening. If you or anyone you know are interested, just send Matt an email at [email protected] for details.

Public service announcement!

 Millsmeals will be on break next week for some much needed time away from each other (haha-but seriously) and with our families.

Next week’s menu will post as usual on Thursday March 24th, due in by Monday March 29th, for delivery on Wednesday March 31st.

We will be back, I promise.

In the meantime: eat local, be kind, and don’t you (forget about me)…(slow walk off to Simple Minds song…)

Just a reminder to get your orders in before noon tomorrow (Monday) and St. Patrick Stewart will personally deliver your meal to your front porch on Wednesday in a fetching leprechaun outfit!

(OK, so maybe that’s not true.) But you can head to millsmeals.con/order and get the real the truth about this week’s St. Patty’s Day menu.

And, as always, delivery is to your front door on Wednesday or pick up at the kitchen between 4-6pm.)

Here’s what we’ve got for ya this week:

-Corned Beef and Cabbage Dinner: Corned beef, sauteed green cabbage and roasted marble potatoes. Served with Sister Schubert rolls


-Tomato Dill Soup Tomato. Dill. Soup. This one is Gluten free, Dairy free and Vegan.

-Smores Brownies A Mills staple: Double chocolate brownies embedded with marshmallows, chocolate chips, graham cracker pieces and topped with marshmallow fluff.

-White bean and smoked pork soup(FROZEN) As honest as it gets. Slow cooked and balanced. Perfect use for those saltine crackers that have been waiting for their moment to shine. This one is Gluten free and Dairy Free

-BBQ Chicken Dirty Mac (Frozen) Grilled chicken cut into chunks, tossed with a light chipotle BBQ sauce, topped with sharp cheddar mac and cheese and corn flake crumble. This one has all the Gluten and Dairy you could hope for.

-Pork Carnitas and Papas Bravas Bake-Olga and Sandra’s world famous pork Carnitas, topped with season smashed potatoes and cheese. This is how we like to eat for our staff meals.

-Spanikopita (Frozen) Greek Easter is coming, are you ready? Fortify yourself from the Great Schism of 1054 with phyllo layered with a mixture of spinach, eggs, ricotta, feta cheese, dill and mint.
