It took ‘a lot of everything’ to get here, but we finally have our trailer. 🚛❤️

I’m sitting here thinking about everyone who helped make this happen. My family who stayed by my side, my friends who cheered me up, my neighbors who were our first fans, and the customers who always had my back. Whether you bought a pincho, a sandwich, or a cap—you are the reason this trailer is sitting in my driveway today.

Thank you to the festivals, farmers markets and their respective counties for giving a local family a chance to participate. This isn’t just a win for me; it’s a win for everyone who supported us from day one. I can’t wait to see your faces at the next event!

What. A. Week! 🔥

➡️ Friday – Sold out! 🙌 (finally wrapped up around 10pm)

➡️ Saturday – 4am wake up, more hours of prep, then a full day serving from 10am–4pm

It’s long days, early mornings, and a lot of hustle—but every single smile, empty plate, and “wow that was good” makes it all worth it. 💯
