🎓A classic car graduation 🎓
(planned by yours truly)

One of the many reasons I was quick to say yes to this event is because I hadn’t ever planned a guy’s open house and I wanted to take on the challenge and opportunity. Plus, I will have one of my own boys graduating in two very short years. 😳
I love that the theme was retro and unique! It was so much fun to plan!

Catering: Hoosier Homestyle Catering. If you need an easy to work with caterer who listens to your ideas, then this is your team!! When I suggested having a ‘BLT bar’, (that was not on their menu) they not only said yes, but couldn’t wait to make it happen! Jeremy, Tiffany, Patrick and crew: you rock!!!

Cupcakes and Cookies : Mama Bird Bakery Indy
With a theme like classic cars, I wanted something retro. I knew old school ice cream sundaes would be a challenge outside for 5 hours, so I searched high and low and found cupcakes that looked like ice cream sundaes, complete with a cherry on top! 🍒🧁The bakers at Mama Bird’s not only were up to the challenge, but they turned out absolutely amazing and everything I could have hoped for!!
We also had classic car cookies made, some of which were decorated as license plates that said ‘GRAD25’.

Tent/tables/chairs: Hoosier Tent & Party Rental. They are hands down some of my favorite people to work with. They’re truly the best tent rental company around. I can always trust them to do a great job!! I always recommend them, and tell clients that if you want the best, book by the first of February to make sure you get on their books before they are full.😉

Pictures are already coming in of the backdrops all ‘dressed up’ for graduation parties!!!
I LOVE seeing what everyone does with them!!

They can be used for any kind of event and they are custom made by my trim carpenter husband whose company works on million dollar custom homes everyday. They are SUPER sturdy! ☺️

We now have *two* to rent that are identical as of right now!

No flimsy plastic here! These are super durable and very heavy! They can be dressed up with flowers, banners, balloons, greenery and more!

🌻🌻A sunflower graduation party🌻🌻 (planned by yours truly)

If you are from Hendricks County and aren’t already aware, there are so many fantastic local businesses that have the BEST food/drinks/florals/decor and more. 💐🍦🍪🍰☕️🧋🎪🛍️🪩🎉

Fruit: Chick-fil-A Plainfield —do I really need to point out the many reasons why we love the Plainfield Chick Fil A?? If you don’t know Michelle, the handler of alllll the things there, you need to know her! She’s wonderful!

Floral Centerpieces: Custom Blooms (so so easy to work with, not to mention everything they’ve done that I’ve seen is amazing!!!)

Bounce House: Not pictured, but still awesome to work with: Bounce With Us. At the last minute, we had to cancel due to the rain all day (the blower for the bounce house can’t get wet), but I still wanted to mention them because they rock at communicating and are so friendly!

Chalkboard art: Cordialgreetings (a fab job!!)

Such a fun one to plan!! My clients are always so wonderful to work with and their graduates are phenomenal. ❤️

Hi all!! A few weeks ago, I looked high and low for a wooden photo backdrop for a client of mine I was planning an event for. 🎉
Since I wasn’t having any luck, I gave Brock a picture of what I was looking for and he BUILT one.
We are going to start renting this out. 😊

It’s going to be in use next Saturday, June 1st, but if you are interested in renting it for any kind of party (decorate it with balloons, or signs etc.), please let me know!
