Special thanks to Noelle Welch for allowing us the opportunity to cater her brothers beautiful celebration of life. This was such a great way to do the food, I did the pork, fried chicken, chili and the toppings. The family members brought the rest! The buffet was 6 10 foot tables long 😬. Definitely the longest one we have had the pleasure to be a part of.
