Tonight, we had the honor of catering the Black Community Fund’s Rooted in Excellence 15-Year Celebration — a night dedicated to legacy, leadership, and impact. 🌱✨

Guests were treated to a flavorful spread featuring our signature Market Trio, creamy Spinach & Artichoke Dip, tender Meatballs, and of course, Chef Ant’s Honey Hot, Garlic Buffalo, and Fried Wings that always bring the heat! 🔥

Cheers to 15 years of excellence, empowerment, and uplifting the Black community. We were proud to be part of such a meaningful milestone.

This event holds deep meaning for our family, as both my wife and mother have walked the painful path of losing a child. Love was in the air, and the vibes were unmatched as we catered the beautiful union of Clyde & Alyce at the iconic Negro Leagues Baseball Museum in the heart of KC’s Historic 18th & Vine District.

Cocktail hour popped off at the legendary Gem Theatre with smooth jazz from a live guitarist and our fresh Crudité spread setting the tone.

Then it was time to feast: Rosemary Chicken, Sliced Smoked Brisket, Vegetarian Pasta, Loaded Potatoes, Veggie Medley, Garden Salad, and warm Rolls—because no one leaves hungry when we pull up.

Big love to the newlyweds and all the magic of the culture-rich night.

Pulled up and threw down for my guy Jawaan Taylor’s Tank Davis fight party! The spread was elite—spinach dip, ribeyes with chimichurri, baked chicken, mac & cheese, yellow rice, roasted asparagus, and that fire peach cobbler to top it off. Plates were heavy, vibes were right, and the fight wasn’t the only thing knockin’! Who’s next?
