A start of something delicious,

Pasta Primavera is somewhat of a bastardized Italian dish bought here by my ancestors many years ago. At the core of all pasta Primavera dishes, are fresh vegetables, a light sauce and white wine. My interpretation uses ingredients that my grandmother had in her garden from my childhood. Zucchini, squash, eggplant. These are the vegetables from my childhood.

We will be offering this to our guest tonight with or without the option of roasted chicken to give it a little something extra extra.
