1. My hubs & I are high school sweethearts and are getting ready to celebrate three years of marriage. 💕 Anyone wanna guess how long we’ve been together in addition to the married years?? (Guess right in the comments and your next coffee is on me!)

✨ Just a friendly reminder to all my loves planning a wedding 2021+

+ Book your favorite vendors YESTERDAY! Everyone is booking up much quicker than normal due to the rising demands & limited availability of the industry. ✅

+ Check & double check your planning timelines with vendors giving you a product! (Stationers, florists, rentals, etc.) Due to a variety of circumstances, lead times are INSANE and we are still getting updates about delayed products. Make sure your final counts + needs are ON TIME (if not early!) with your vendors. 🗓

+ Really consider your invite list. With the ever changing pandemic, we have all been taught one thing - make sure you keep the ones you love most, the closest. Small, intimate affairs are on the rise for reasons beyond the pandemic. ❣️

3 tips when choosing your wedding vendors ✨

• Make a list of vendors by category and pick 3 that you could see yourself working with based on personal connection and their portfolio. Everybody knows “somebody who works in the wedding industry” but that doesn’t always mean they are an experienced professional. Personal recommendations are wonderful, but do your own research!

• After narrowing down to your top 3, have a consultation to talk about your needs and expectations AND personal details! It’s important to find a good fit for you and also for them! The most successful client-vendor relationships have open communication and trust because of their connection.

• After making your decision, let the other vendors know. Nobody likes to be ghosted. 👻 (Insider tip: They will understand AND appreciate you letting them know!)
