We are 1 week away from the Believe 271 pink tie gala and we are humbled by the support our 508 Salvage BBQ family has shown.
As of right now we are at $300! and still a week to go.
I cant thank you all enough for you overwhelming support for this cause.

Smoked Cajun and Brown Sugar Bourbon wings are on the pit and will be ready for lunch service.
Testing out that Brown Sugar Bourbon glaze on a dinner special tonight. Bacon wrapped Sweet Bourbon Roasted pork loin. More details to come.

Good morning 508 Salvage BBQ family. Quick update for today. Our St Louis ribs will NOT be on the menu today. I will be sure to double up on ribs for Saturday.
Loads of Beef Brisket and Smoked pork available. Extra ground beef for burgers at the ready today too.
