The Cottage was never meant to be “just” a bridal suite

We wanted it to feel like a place people could really feel at home!

Before designing the space, we connected with more than thirty-four wedding professionals to better understand what actually makes a wedding morning feel smooth, supportive, and emotionally present not just beautiful in photographs.

and honestly, their feedback shaped everything...

From the south-facing French windows that allow soft natural light throughout the day…
to the intentional room flow for hair and makeup teams…
to the quieter details like private restrooms, comfortable seating and views overlooking the property 🙌🏼

Every decision came back to one thing:

Gosh… you know what I keep coming back to?

That quiet tug of war between wanting to feel fully present on your wedding day and realizing just how many questions, timelines, and decisions have to be answered to get there.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, you’re not doing anything wrong 🫶🏼 I promise!

Most brides don’t expect to suddenly become the point person for vendors, family, and logistics all at once.

A seamless wedding weekend actually requires a lot of intention, coordination, and care.

I believe hospitality starts in the heart ❤️
which, for a bride, looks like not having to carry the questions, the timeline, or everyone else’s expectations on her shoulders.

When that posture is shared by the right team, the effort fades into the background and what remains is the freedom to stop fielding questions, stop checking the timeline, and actually be present for what’s happening around you.
