After a lot of prayer, reflection, and conversations that have honestly been happening for quite some time, I want to share what’s next for Baskets and Bows.
This isn’t a quick or sudden decision. Over a year ago, I considered closing this chapter, and I chose to stay a little longer. During that time, I’ve gained clarity about where my heart and priorities are in this season.
Moving forward, Baskets and Bows will no longer offer everyday floral orders. Instead, I’ll be focusing fully on weddings and events, which is where I feel most called and creatively fulfilled.
Alongside this shift, I’ll also be going back to the physical therapy world part-time and helping support our family’s asphalt business. This combination allows for a healthier, more sustainable rhythm for our family while still continuing the parts of this work that I love most.
💍 To my wedding couples:
Please check your email—you should have (or will soon have) a message from me. Nothing about your wedding plans has changed, and we are still fully good to go.
Our building is staying right here, and my mom’s antique shop will continue to operate as usual. Hours will simply vary, and we’ll be sharing updated information and lots more details soon. There are also some sweet new additions and experiences we’ve been dreaming about that we can’t wait to bring to life in the near future.
More than anything, this shift allows me to move through my days with a clearer mind and a more peaceful heart. The stress of everyday shop demands has been heavy, and this change makes room for more presence, intention, and balance at home.
Thank you to everyone who has supported, prayed, encouraged, and trusted me with such meaningful moments over the years. This next chapter looks a little different, but it feels peaceful, intentional, and right.
Trusting God’s timing and grateful for His guidance in this next season. 🤍
