Meet our baker and chef, Rose 🍰
With 8 years at Seasons Union Catering, Rose brings heart, creativity, and dedication to everything she creates. Specializing in baking, she has a true passion for crafting desserts that not only taste incredible but also bring people together. For Rose, the most rewarding part of her work is seeing the joy on people’s faces when they enjoy something she’s made—that moment is what inspires her every day.
She loves the fast-paced, ever-changing world of catering, where no two events are the same. From intimate gatherings to large celebrations, Rose enjoys connecting with new people and creating a wide variety of desserts tailored to each occasion. And while baking is her specialty, she’s just as passionate about cooking for a crowd - favorites like oxtail, curry goat, jerk chicken, rice and peas, ackee and saltfish, and fried dumplings are always a hit when she’s in the kitchen.
Outside of work, Rose enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking meals to share, volunteering, and going to church. She also loves the simple joys of everyday life - cleaning, doing laundry, and shopping. She values connection, community, and making the most out of life’s moments, big and small.
Fun fact: one of her favorite shows is Monk!
