The 15th Annual Sandusky Witches Walk is coming October 17th, and if you’ve never experienced downtown Sandusky filled with witches, costumes, local businesses, entertainment and thousands of people out having a damn good time… this is the year.

There is a LOT planned for the 15th anniversary, and it’s shaping up to be one hell of a day.

Sandusky Witches' Walk® has always been community first. We're a group of neighbors, artists, and organizers who built this event so every single person — from down the street to across the country — has a seat at the table on October 17. Every dollar we raise goes right back to the youth and seniors of Erie County. That's the whole point.

Here's what we've built for you this year:

FREE and open to all — locals, travelers, first-timers, everyone:

Supporting local means more than people know. ❤️

Today we stopped in at Jolly Donut, because sometimes supporting another local business is as simple as walking through their door, grabbing something good, and choosing to spend your dollars right here in our community.

Small businesses notice. Those purchases matter. And when local businesses support local businesses, everybody wins.

Plus… donuts. 🍩😂

Friday update: technically working… mentally already negotiating with Monday. 😂

The inbox is still inboxing.
The to-do list is still growing.
And somehow there are always three “quick things” that are absolutely not quick.

But we made it through another week — so I’m calling that a win. ☕🙌

✨ So… what exactly does Great Lakes Event Works do?

GLEW is all about the part of events that most people don’t see—the coordination, communication, vendors, timelines, sponsorships, production details, and the hundred little moving pieces that have to come together behind the scenes.

Logistics Coordination • Sponsorships • Vendors • Production

Clients bring GLEW in because they need someone who can keep things organized, communicate with everyone involved, solve problems as they come up, and keep the event moving forward without adding more chaos to their plate.

From community events and festivals to venue projects, corporate gatherings, vendor coordination and special events—every project looks a little different.

And honestly, that’s the fun part. 😉

If you have an event, project, or idea that has a lot of moving pieces and you’re wondering, “Who is going to keep all of this straight?”
