Been a little quiet this week, Divine Fam ❤️ Sometimes life says slow down, rest, and reset — and that’s exactly what I had to do.

But Chef Telly is feeling better, getting back in the kitchen, and ready to get back to doing what I love. 🙌🏽✨

From the sizzle to the final sprinkle of cheese… this Chicken Alfredo came together BEAUTIFULLY! 😍🍝✨

There’s just something about watching a meal come together from start to finish—seasoned chicken sizzling, butter melting, that creamy cheesy Alfredo sauce, pasta getting all dressed up, and of course those buttery garlic rolls on the side! 🤤

One thing I’ll always tell my Divine Fam: make it your own, enjoy what you’re cooking, and don’t forget to smile while you do it! ❤️

Today I want to take a moment to wish my Dad a very Happy 76th Birthday! 🎉🎂❤️

I’m thankful to be able to celebrate another year of life with him and to make more family memories together. Birthdays are such a blessing, and 76 years is definitely something worth celebrating!

We’ll be celebrating him this weekend with family, love, laughter, and of course some good food from Telly’s kitchen. 😊❤️

✨ TIP TUESDAY with Telly’s Divine Creations ✨

Let’s talk PASTA! 🍝

One of the easiest ways to change the whole texture of your pasta dish is by overcooking your noodles. You want them tender, but still with a little bite—not soft and mushy.

A few quick tips:
🍝 Salt your water so your pasta has flavor from the start.
🍝 Stir your noodles while they cook so they don’t stick together.
🍝 Keep an eye on that cooking time—don’t just walk away!
🍝 If your pasta is going into a sauce or going back into the oven, cook it just a little shy of completely done so it doesn’t overcook later.

Remember, Divine Fam: a good pasta dish starts with good pasta! 😋❤️

✨ THROWBACK THURSDAY: The Pound Cake Journey 🍰✨

Divine Fam, come take a little trip down memory lane with me! ❤️

Some of these pound cakes go back YEARS—and baby, you can definitely see the growth! 😂🙌🏾 From learning, practicing, tweaking recipes and presentation…to the beautiful, moist pound cakes coming out of my kitchen today.

And you know what? I’m proud of EVERY cake in this reel because each one helped me get to where I am now. 💛

One thing has always stayed the same: I LOVE what I do, and I put that love into everything I make. 🥰

✨ TIP TUESDAY with Chef Telly! 👩🏽‍🍳✨

One of my biggest kitchen tips? Don’t rush the prep! 🙌🏽

🥗 Macaroni salad, potato salad, pasta salad — make them ahead and let those seasonings and flavors come together while they get good and cold overnight.

🍗 Fried chicken — season it up, add that buttermilk marinade, and give that chicken time to soak up all that goodness!

🔥 BBQ — get that marinade on and let those flavors work overnight.

🍰 And those moist pound cakes my customers love? I like to bake mine the night before, let them cool completely, and then finish them off with that delicious glaze the next day. 😋

Prep today. Flavor tomorrow! 💛
