Hello, friends! I am pleased to present the menu for our next Supper Club, held on Saturday, October 18th and priced at $85 per person.
We have curated a darkly decadent five-course journey—brûléed goat cheese with black sesame tuille, roasted cauliflower soup with black garlic oil, a jeweled blood orange, beet, and arugula salad, your choice of Cabernet-braised short rib or miso black cod, and finally a hauntingly sweet finale of black forest cake or basque cheesecake.
Guests are invited to add to the enchantment by wearing a masquerade-style mask, making the evening one of intrigue, indulgence, and unforgettable company.
