Together this team has won numerous awards; including 2005 and 2006 Chamber of Commerce Golden Plate Awards. You may have seen the two on local television segments such as; WAAY 31 News, Comcast Cooking, or Wild Life Cooking. Bubba's Silver Spoon catering has also been featured in national publications; Southern Living and I Do magazines. With an ever growing schedule, the business still takes time to give back to the community, with donations to the Red Cross Katrina relief, The Boys and Girls Club, United Way as well as local high schoolfund raisers, just to name a few. Grilled chicken with pineapple salsa, teriyaki tenderloin tips, rice pilaf, and seasoned vegetables. We ended it with triple chocolate torte cake and caramelized pineapple cheesecake
