The final week before your wedding can feel like a whirlwind. Here’s a simple checklist to help you stay organized and reduce last-minute stress:
1. Confirm every vendor
Double-check arrival times, setup details, payments, and any special requests with your photographer, caterer, florist, DJ, and venue.
2. Finalize your seating chart
Make any last adjustments and confirm dietary restrictions with your caterer.
3. Steam your dress
Get it pressed or steamed so it’s perfectly smooth for photos and the ceremony.
4. Break in your shoes
Wear them around the house (with socks if needed) to avoid blisters on the big day.
5. Pack your bridal suite bag
Include touch-up makeup, deodorant, snacks, water, comfortable shoes for later, and a change of clothes for after the reception.
6. Prep tip envelopes
Have cash ready in labeled envelopes for vendors who go above and beyond.
7. Send the final timeline
Share the complete day-of schedule with your wedding party, family, and key vendors.
8. Charge all devices
Phones, cameras, portable chargers, speakers, and anything else that needs power.
9. Get your nails done
Treat yourself to a fresh manicure (and pedicure if you’d like).
10. Build your emergency kit
Stock a small bag with safety pins, stain remover wipes, pain relievers, bandaids, sewing kit, and any personal medications.
Save this checklist so you’re not scrambling later, and tag a bride-to-be who needs it right now! 👇
