“Jasmine Mitchell is the founder of Psycho Phit, established in 2020 with a mission to integrate mental health and physical fitness. Her vision stemmed from the belief that increased physical activity can significantly reduce the risk of depression and anxiety.

In 2021, Jasmine experienced firsthand the inadequacies in support for mothers during the perinatal phase after giving birth to her son. This pivotal moment reshaped the focus and purpose of Psycho Phit to address these critical needs.

Originally from Fayetteville, NC, and raised in Huntsville, AL, Jasmine developed a deep-rooted passion for fitness through an active and outdoorsy lifestyle, participating in a variety of sports. Beyond her foundational training credentials, she pursued advanced studies under Huntsville’s esteemed fitness

Dr. Sha’Rose is a Florida Girl, born and raised, an avid Miami Dolphins fan, and a lover of foods of all kinds.
