I’m grateful I met Dave Gallaher aka “Microwave Dave” when I moved back to Huntsville in 2012 and I was struggling with everything in my life.
His music brought me joy and he became a source of strength & inspiration. The stories he shared about his lived experiences gave me hope.
His support for my photography, sobriety and Best Life Recovery Residences was life changing. It was my privilege to photograph several Microwave Dave Day’s in support of the Microwave Dave Music Education Foundation.
I will miss our Post Office conversations about our community, music & recovery.
Looking forward to celebrating Dave’s graduation with everyone whose life he touched…Beep Beep

11/3 November 1st Friday Philadelphia…We’re Getting The Band Back Together…Band of Phantom Gallery Artists🤘

Several of the original Phantom Gallery Artists are having a reunion show at Leopard Street Studio…along with a few emerging Philly Artists & Musicians.

Phantom Gallery was founded by Artist, Flip Hassell, in 10/93. Since then exhibiting hundreds of Artists & Performers. Phantom Gallery is a group of individual artists that collectively worked together to promote & inspire each other. Phantom Gallery continues to unite established Artists & emerging Artists with savvy collectors.

My Artwork this 1st Friday features Gary Kozlowski, aka G-Man aka Chickenbutt Bandit. Photos & a painting based on my friendship since 1992 with Gary & his journey to recovery. My work was inspired by the City Paper article about Gary’s ‘adventures’ of life was a party, addiction, arrest, jail time to recovery & what life is like now.

Gary will be sharing his music at 8pm…Y’all come out to Leopard Street Studio in Fishtown to check out the original Phantom Gallery Artist’s work & meet new Philly Artists & hear the new music of Gary then from 9-10 Colin Cleary Music🎵
