Three days of production and over a hundred vendor staff members later, we successfully hosted over 700 people at The Ledges on Saturday, bringing hundreds and hundreds of hours of planning to life.

From mood board, to design plan, to renderings, to reality, watching this design come to fruition was nothing short of magical.

To my CBE team and the incredible vendors that helped make this happen - there aren’t enough words to express my gratitude, for not only yesterday, but for all the meetings, emails, calls, and walkthroughs required to execute seamlessly.

As we head into this year’s wedding season with lots of new people following, I figured it’s a good time for a little reintroduction on here 🫶🏼

Obviously, I’m Courtney - the face behind everything you see here! This career allows me to combine my love for service and design, and I truly love it so incredibly much. And yes, even on the hard days you can’t convince me I should be doing anything else.

I come from a healthcare administration and project management background, those six years in corporate teaching me so many valuable lessons and skills. Design is hand down my favorite part of planning, but logistics are equally as important and I love a good, organized spreadsheet.

The first stop I make on wedding day is always the gas station and every single time, I leave with two biolytes, two coke zeroes, and a massive water. I haven’t missed this stop almost 75 weddings later. And you can bet I’m going to try the cake at every wedding!

When I’m not working, you can usually find me with my husband and friends, aimlessly shopping, reading (big fan of a thriller/mystery), or dreaming up some home renovation.

We have some incredibly exciting things in store this year and I can’t wait to take you guys along. Cheers to our third wedding season, I just know the best is yet to come 🥂
