Just a quick teaser post before a long weekend. 👀

I'm honestly blown away by how the Bronco turned out.

If you've seen it before, you know it had lived a life. Scratches everywhere, faded trim, and years of off-road adventures had definitely left their mark. Between running with the top off and windows down, the Alabama trails had taken their toll on both the interior and exterior.

But wow... the team at AutoworkZ absolutely knocked it out of the park.

From the paint correction to the Gtechniq ceramic coating, the Bronco honestly looks better than the day we brought it home. The gloss, depth, and overall finish are incredible.

I'm excited about the partnership we're building together and incredibly thankful for the opportunity to work with such a talented team. Not only do they do phenomenal work, but they've also trusted me to photograph some truly amazing vehicles along the way.

Something cool about we just added today. We all know someone that has personally been affected by Breast Cancer and it’s a shame these Beautiful Women (1 out of 8) and Brave Men (1 out of 755) have to deal with it. So we are going to do our part and donate all the picture proceeds to Breast Cancer Awareness! Sometimes the best vehicles find you.

At least that's what happened with Brenda Rourke's 1941 Chevrolet pickup.

Bill was actually searching for a truck for a friend when this one appeared.

The truck wasn't even intended for their collection.

Then Brenda saw a photo.

And that was the end of the discussion.

The truck quickly became hers.

What makes this 1941 Chevy special isn't just its beautiful appearance.

It's how well it drives.

Built on a custom chassis with modern suspension underneath, this truck combines classic 1940s styling with the road manners of a much newer vehicle.

According to Bill, it's one of the best-driving vehicles in the collection.

Reliable.

Comfortable.

Easy to enjoy.

In fact, they've even discussed taking it on a Route 66 road trip.

Not many 1941 trucks can make that claim.

While some vehicles spend their lives sitting in garages, this one was built to be experienced.

And that's exactly what makes it special.

A classic truck with modern manners and a story that started with one picture and a quick decision from Brenda.

Sometimes that's all it takes.

Some builds are restorations.

Others are complete reimagining.

Bill Rourke's 1965 Chevy C10 falls into the second category.

Of all the vehicles currently in his collection, this is the one he calls his favorite.

And after spending time around it, it's easy to see why.

This isn't your grandfather's farm truck.

Built on a custom chassis and powered by a Chevrolet Performance crate engine, this C10 was designed with one goal in mind:

To drive as good as it looks.

Inside you'll find modern comforts including power windows, upgraded seating, air conditioning, and all the conveniences that make it feel more like a modern performance vehicle than a 60-year-old pickup.

Bill's philosophy on building classics is simple:

Drive them.

Enjoy them.

Don't be afraid to improve them.

While some enthusiasts prefer factory-correct restorations, Bill enjoys blending classic styling with modern reliability and performance.

The result is a truck that turns heads at every stop while remaining comfortable enough to enjoy on the open road.

And if you ask Bill today which vehicle in the collection is his favorite?

The answer is still this 1965 Chevy C10.

Some people collect cars.

Others preserve history.

Dan Walker's Mustang 2 Funny Car isn't just another race car sitting in a garage—it's a piece of drag racing history. And only 1 of a few still in this condition!

Since acquiring the car in 2019, Dan has dedicated himself to preserving and sharing a machine that represents one of the most exciting eras in motorsports. A car connected to championship-level racing and one that still stops people in their tracks everywhere it goes.

But the Funny Car is only part of the story.

From the iconic Captain America motorcycle featured on the cover of *Easy Rider Magazine January 99* to other historically significant vehicles and collectibles, Dan's passion goes far beyond ownership. It's about keeping these stories alive for future generations.

When asked what he would tell the next generation, his answer was simple:

"If you don't recognize this stuff, you're missing a major part of American history."

And he's right.

These vehicles aren't just metal, fiberglass, and horsepower.

They're rolling pieces of history.
