Get out to Founders Day in Algonquin this weekend and swing by the Knights of Columbus tent to try out Pork Belly Skewers made by yours truly! I have a feeling they will go fast, so make sure you get there early! Pair it up with some corn, fries, cheese curds, or put them on top of a burger! The Knights always do a fantastic job with the food they serve.

Big Foote BBQ and the LITH-Q team had a respectable showing at Westmont Red, White, & BBQ competition this weekend! All though we didn’t bring home the win, we made some great food, met a lot of great people, and most importantly, had a blast.

That being said, if you wanna try some of this competition grade bbq, call me for a catering, I still have some spots available for graduation season!
