We were at RXFit in Rocky Point this evening to help celebrate the holidays. On the menu was grilled chicken, ribs, sausage peppers & onions, hamburgers, frankfurters, black bean burgers, street corn, vegetable quinoa, 4 bean salad and field greens with craisins and gorgonzola served with a raspberry walnut dressing.

Tonight we catered a cigar release party for Martin “Sweep the leg, Johnny” Kove’s new cigar, The Prodigal Son. Martin was extremely personable and his cigar is outstanding. He will be releasing a complete line in the near future.

Come down to Smoke, V**e & Lotto at 272-10 Union Tpk, New Hyde Park this Friday, December 5th for the release of Martin Kove’s Prodigal Son. Meet and greet with Martin Kove, light refreshments and BBQ from Frank-E-Boy’s Smokin BBQ. Cost is $75 and includes 5 ci**rs. The event starts at 6:00 and will be in heated tents.

We catered a Day of the Dead party in Halesite tonight. On the menu was a fajita bar with chicken and carnitas, brisket, ribs, sausage peppers & onions, street corn, escarole & beans and quinoa.

We were at Half Hollow Hills West today to help celebrate the Senior players on the Colts. After the game we served the players, cheerleaders and their families. On the menu was pulled pork sandwiches, pulled chicken sandwiches, burgers, dogs, cornbread and coleslaw.

We were at Homecoming today at Half Hollow Hills West. Beautiful day for football.

We grilled for the Knights of Columbus Joseph J Gorman Council 5091 in Syosset this evening. On the menu was sausage pepper and onion heros and bratwurst with grilled sauerkraut and onions. On the side was potato salad.

We helped celebrate a 50th birthday in Port Washington this afternoon. In addition to the usual favorites were beef short ribs. They were on the smoker for a total of 8 hours and the meat fell off the bone.
