Marshall University School of Music

Marshall University School of Music Located in Huntington, West Virginia, the Marshall University School of Music offers programs in performance, education, jazz studies and theory/composition .

Marshall University is a fully accredited member of the National Association of Schools of Music. The School of Music offers programs in:
Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performance, Jazz Studies, or Theory/Composition; Bachelor of Arts in Music Education;
Master of Arts in Composition, Music Education, History/Literature, or Performance. The School of Music also offers several performance opportunities

including: Chamber Choir, Jazz Ensembles/Combos, Marching Band (The Marching Thunder), Opera Workshop, Symphonic Band, Symphony Orchestra, University Chorus, Wind Symphony and the Fife and Drum Corps. Additionally, the School includes over 20 specialized ensembles for all instruments and voices. Tuition scholarships and graduate assistantships are available.
