Being an event floral designer IS pretty dang cool 😎🌸

But let’s be real… it’s also hard AF sometimes. You just never know what the day, week, or even the next HOUR is going to hand you that was definitely NOT on your bingo card. 😂

We’ve gotta be quick, skilled, determined, strong, and able to handle a workload that would make a camel crossing the Sahara say, “Girl, I need a minute.” 🐪🏜️😂

And somehow, we keep showing up, figuring it out, making it beautiful, and doing it all over again. 🤘🏼🌸

iPhone scenes from a precious wedding 💒

Our feeds are so highly curated these days. Perfect lighting, perfect angles, perfectly edited everything.

And honestly sometimes it’s nice to just see things as they actually were.

So here’s a little change of pace: iPhone photos from a wedding I flowered. No fancy shoot, no editing, no perfect composition. Just the flowers, the details, and the way it all looked in real life.

Because sometimes the most beautiful things don’t need to be polished. 🤍

(Ok well maybe I edited them a little on my phone but I’m definitely no professional 😛)

Heading into Monday like ☝🏼 BIG energy, composure, and a never-ending list of things to do. 😂

There’s a lot on the plate this week, a lot of moving pieces, and approximately zero signs of the to-do list getting any shorter (but that’s cool).

One thing I’ve learned in all these years of running businesses (started my first at 14!) that I don’t need to have it all figured out at once. Just keep moving, keep showing up, handle what’s in front of me, and trust that it’ll all get done.

Deep breath. Third Coffee. Big energy.

I’ve got this and so do you.✨
