At Pop the Champagne we value people, relationships, memories, and living life to the fullest. Often we say, “forget tradition! do what YOU want!” and we love that this attracts the most unique and diverse types of clients - but also the warmest, kindest, and most fun types of clients. We remember every single couple we work with and we still cry for every single processional. HAPPY 31ST ANNIVERSARY, JEN + JUSTIN! 💖👇🏼👇🏼

Last August, we teamed up with and a group of incredible vendors to fully donate a 30th Anniversary Vow Renewal for this deserving couple.

Jen and Justin’s love story is truly inspiring. With matching tattoos of their wedding song, a custom license plate reading “JUS♥JEN”, and stories that still light up their eyes, their bond is undeniable.

Our teams recreated elements from their original 1993 wedding—songs, colors, photos, bridesmaid dresses, and even the bouquet, which is also tattooed on the bride’s arm. The best part? Their daughters joined them for every magical moment.

Despite this fairytale, Jen faces one of life’s toughest challenges: metastatic breast cancer. She is a FORCE—strutting in fashion shows and sharing her journey on TikTok and IG: . When we first met, she envisioned a “mad-hatter tea party” for the vow renewal. A theme that matches her life motto: “Live life in color, because life is too short to get caught up in a grey moment.” From her bright rainbow curls, to a bright pink Mohawk, to her now badass fully-shaved head: Jen embodies resilience and vibrancy, inspiring us all.

We are honored to be part of Jen and Justin’s love story and stand with the Heatherlys as they bravely face their hardest battle. Their love has endured lifetimes and will persist eternally.

“Dani killed it and to no surprise. From the minute we were paired (kismet!) she was supportive, informative, & so sweet. It was clear that she was willing to go the extra mile for us. She’s hyper organized, super responsive and resourceful. Simply outstanding!

Wedding day was no different and we had absolutely no stress at all as she was running it all with charm, humor and kindness. She also knows how to get the job done and does it so seamlessly that is seems effortless somehow, which is no easy feat. She masterfully executed our wedding day, kept us on track and on time, and continually checked in with us, our vendors, and our wedding VIPs to make sure the night was immaculate.

Dani always advocated for what we wanted and continually checked in with to see how we were feeling leading up to the big day. She communicated the timeline and pertinent details to our vendors well in advance. She made sure our wedding was everything we wanted and more. Day of, she brought our vision to life and we cannot thank Dani enough! The décor was set up beautifully and packaged perfectly at the end of the night so we can head out and she could finish clean up (so we didn’t have to!)
