We’re Hiring: Executive Chef at Mo-Ranch!
Do you love good food, leading a team, and creating meals that bring people together? We’re looking for an Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations and help make the dining experience at Mo-Ranch something our guests remember.
This is a full-time leadership position for an experienced culinary professional who is ready to bring their skills, creativity, and leadership to a unique, mission-driven setting.
As our Executive Chef, you’ll oversee:
🍽️ Menu planning and food production
👩‍🍳 Kitchen staffing, training, and team development
đź“‹ Purchasing, inventory, and recipe costing
đź’° Food and labor costs and budget management
🧼 Food safety, sanitation, and kitchen standards
❤️ Special dietary needs and guest satisfaction
We’re looking for someone with at least 8 years of progressive culinary experience, including 3 years in a supervisory kitchen role. A culinary arts degree or training is desirable.
