Today we traveled to Charleston for the WV National Board Certification Recognition. We created blue and gold centerpieces, blue hydrangeas, yellow roses and pops of white!

What a week it has been!!!! Three floral events to have done by this weekend and here is the first one!

Happy wedding day to The Sheldon’s! You are both such a sweet couple and we are honored you had us be the florist. We jumped from bidding on hams and bacons to a wedding and flowers just like that ❤️ from a custom arch, to a floral garland, and the most gorgeous 24kt tipped roses that the girls did by hand!!! This wedding was stunning (but not as gorgeous as the bride 😍). The venue The Silo in the Square was breathtaking, must check out for your next event!

Now to the next event, where will the road lead this week?! 💛💙

Thank you so much for the love and support of our shop and employees. This is truly a student ran business and this week they all stepped up and created such beautiful arrangements! Thank you to Mr. Morris and his family for helping make Pine Grove deliveries happen, Mr. Henderson for helping with some last minute deliveries, and all of the community and people who showed up to purchase one of our creations! Also special thanks to Janna, Zack, and Macie for coming back to the craziness again to help! It truly takes an army in the shop for this week and we made it! Now for our team to enjoy the weekend off!

Mrs. Yost is a dedicated Agriculture instructor at Hundred High School and serves as the Future Farmers of America (FFA) advisor for both the high school and middle school.

She leads successful student-run businesses that provide hands-on, real-world experience. One of these, The Funky Florist, is a vibrant flower shop serving the local community and beyond. From wedding arrangements to large-scale events, her students gain valuable skills managing it all! 💐

Mrs. Yost also runs a thriving meat processing business, where students learn by doing, especially during the busy hunting season.

Through fundraisers, she supports the FFA student organization, helping students compete at state and national levels. 🌾

Valentine's Day is quickly approaching! Get those orders in soon to guarantee flowers and prices. A few things for this year:

1. We are delivering. We will be delivering into Rogersville, PA. We will also be delivering to Pine Grove, WV.
2. We accept cash and check in the flower shop at pickup.
3. The shop is located behind HHS beside the greenhouse.
