Last week we bid farewell to one of the best coworkers we could have asked for - Brienne Berte.

We are excited for Bri’s new opportunity and are extremely grateful for all of the work she has done for our company the last 5 years. Bri has had such a positive impact on our office both culturally and professionally. She did it with a smile on her face, a smartass joke, a crazy work ethic, and an upbeat attitude. It takes a rare woman to be able to work with the “EFM guys” everyday and Bri blended in perfectly.

Thankfully (because we do live in QUITE a small town) we know we will be seeing her around. As we adjust to filling her role, we know that her place here is a not replaceable.

Most importantly we have to say THANK YOU for everything.

We wanted to wish our very own Social Media Director today a very Happy Birthday! She's been with us for 3 years now and she's done an amazing job helping us grow our presence online. From day one she's jumped in feet first, gave it her all and continues to help us grow every day.
