📢⚠️Fraud/Dispute Alert ⚠️ 📢
No matter what industry you're in, investing so much time in your Craft and customers disputing charges in 2024, just isn't going to FLY!

I thought about tagging 🤔 the customer who disputed this charge although our team set up in her home, right in the living room, helped move furniture (which our team does not do due to liability), and watched her family enjoy the little babies enjoy them selves in our Soft Play Café.

I thought about calling her after I saw the dispute and asking was there a problem 😫, was everything okay with the soft play Café, but, I didn't because I witnessed the fun myself while passing out business cards to her family and friends.

Thankfully, the bank sided with me with TONS of evidence 🙄 provided, and having to wait 2 months for a response. 🤷🏽‍♀️
