🗣️🗣️🗣️Catering is not a flea market or a street-corner hustle — it’s a professional service that requires time, skill, and dedication. Please understand that we cannot cater events for $5–$10 per person.

While most people are asleep, we are in the kitchen in the middle of the night and early mornings preparing your food, transporting it safely, and setting up elaborate displays to make your event memorable. Every detail — from the ingredients to the presentation — takes planning, labor, and care.

We love what we do, but we also ask that our work and expertise be respected. Quality catering has a cost, and it’s worth every bite.

It felt sooooooo good serving and giving back to my high school Alma Mater today. The Class of 1989 showed up and showed out! For them to tell these young men about the scholarships they have coming and all of the other things they are doing warmed my heart. Driving down the street and looking at my forever friends homes down the street from WHS warmed my heart. Allura, Gina, De, Tam & Teri! Class and Character! The Ridge 4Lyfe 🦅
