Beyond these specialized services, Tahlequah Flowers and Donna’s Flowers also offers traditional services via phone and online orders. Tahlequah Flowers and Donna’s Flowers will also use a social media approach. Blending the aspects of FaceBook and, Twitter, PinTrest and others to promote our services and products. At the time of decision, the customer can then go to the website and place an order. Customers can choose the exact date of delivery and special add-ons such as balloons, stuffed animals, or candy can be ordered along with the arrangement. Phone services are very similar to most online services. Our experienced sales associates are capable of designing an arrangement to match a caller’s request by asking a few simple questions. If for any reason the sales associates cannot fulfill a request once the order is received, Tahlequah Flowers and Donna’s Flowers will contact the customer personally to discuss an alternative selection that will match the customer’s needs. Customized fruit and gourmet baskets are also available to customers who wish to send a personalized gift to a loved one. Tahlequah Flowers and Donna’s Flowers also offers a variety of rental equipment to aid in the display of our fine floral products. These can be bundled with services. Tahlequah Flowers and Donna’s Flowers will also be responsive to the holiday seasons. For example:
• Christmas and the Holidays – offer seasonal appropriate items such as centerpieces, Christmas trees (predicated), specialty potted plants
• Thanksgiving
• Valentine Day
• Mothers Day

Donna’s Flowers does not offer refunds in any amount to customers. Due to COVID-19 we are unable to hand delivery bouquets in most medical facilities. In the event we are unable to deliver bouquets directly to recipient we will leave it at the front desk as most facilities now require. Unfortunately because of this we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered products after it is left at the designated area.
