We are feeling especially carnivorous this week. Pork is good, but Steak is better!

Were talking Inside Skirt Steak, 5” corn tortillas, Roma tomatoes, cotija cheese and out famous picked red onions topped with avocado salsa and a squeeze of lime.

They're ridiculously O-licious.

Last Friday, June 19, marked our 1 year anniversary of going live with the new trailer!!!
