During the planning years of developing the concept for our food business, there was one basic need that we would not compromise on, we will be different.

What makes us different? Quality, flavor and the experience.

Quality - only high quality proteins and ingredients cooked to perfection using the healthiest options available for the desired end product. We do not not source the lowest price point protiens and ingredients. We buy quality and that does come at a cost but produces a well worth the price end product.

NO Seed Oils!!! - Beef Tallow, Avacado Oil, and Olive oil. These are the basics and the only oils you'll find in out kitchen. This is an area we will not compromise. This has been our belief long before it became a political taking point. I should probably say, limited seed oils, only because there are purchased items where it is unavoidable right now in items such as Bread, tortillas and some sauces. But we are searching for the healthiest and most flavorful options in cases like these.

Experience - we will always provide an open, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. No matter how slow or busy we are, quality, flavor and experience are always our focus.

Snow, yup. After all it is Minnesota. Yesterday was the first event of the year for us and everything went well despite the cold snowy start to the day.

Grand Ave in St. Paul, MN has a little something for everyone.
This year we will be serving up our infamous Drool’Worthy Creations at the 2025 festival on June 1st. Music, Food, Family, Fun and of course, drinks!!!
We will post our location once it’s been assigned. You’re not going to want to miss this.
