My name is Susan , I am the chef owner of David James catering its named in memory of my father and brother. My training includes graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, working at Commanders Palace in NOLA, working at the four Seasons hotel in NYC. I also am a 25 year veteran of the United States Coast Guard where I served in various roles including the chef for the Secretary of Homeland Security.
