This was the VERY FIRST event at Valley Overlook — the owners' daughter's wedding — and we had the absolute honor of being the ones chosen to feed everyone for the celebration.

This is a brand new menu item I'm calling 'Nippa Chicken' and it's a tribute to my mom— a modern take on her Filipino roasted 'Chicken Lechon' ❤️

Marinated in tamari, citrus, and ginger for 24 hours, the chicken is then pan roasted and stuffed with preserved lemon and grilled scallion, and finished with a brushed glaze of sweet vinegar and peppercorn reduction.

This dish has a deep personal significance to me and my wish is that if you order it, you and your guests can taste the love from mom and I in each bite!

The perfect day to be outside cooking! We’re getting smoked out at NOSH today. We’re using a blend of dark cherry, sugar maple, and hickory to smoke fresh turkeys. 🦃

We’ll also be preparing our Nosh Mase bacon and Chef Eric’s smoked chicken for lunch parties early this week.
