One of my favorite pastimes …

Honey has been used as a medicine since at least 2,000 B.C., but was largely forgotten following the rise of antibiotics in the 20th century.

Spring has arrived!!!!! ༄ And with this season’s change, as well as a thoughtful, reflective winter, Lu-Na Blooms & Herbs will also be evolving into its next season. Now called the , we will be diving deeper into our individual passions, businesses, and all those spirited reasons that brought our hearts to this area almost a decade ago.

Luloo, , will be cultivating cut flowers and beyond, and will continue tending to the pollinator garden with . Colorful, dreamy, flower filled garden dining continues this season, as well as welcoming even more community connection with monthly Upick days, and workshops. Celebration and event design, bouquets, arrangements, and all things floral and foraged continues, inspired by Luloo’s love of the dreamy edge between the wild woodlands, and thoughtfully stewarded farmland. Luloo will expand her support and knowledge with even more friends, farmers, and collaborators this season, as well as all the dearest she has been journeying withꨄ

Sha-Na will continue to deepen the relationship to all things Honeybee and the wise women healing ways by committing to simple plants, simple processes, and deeply nourishing herbal remedies. Honeybee guardian and mentorship services will be offered while aiming to provide the small garden bee sanctuary educational workshops; reconnecting to the spirit of the land, our relationship to the honeybee, and ways to give back. Rewilding the symbiotic dance between bees, flowers, plants, and the cosmos.

is the natural evolution in honoring our individual spirits, while providing the much needed support it takes in creating a business. This is new for us, and there is much to figure out, but we welcome ALL to join us.

JBird modeling trenches and tulip bulbs
3500 tucked away in the ground for the winter at our dear friend . These colorful blooms will be popping in early spring just when the grey, stoic beauty of that Hudson Valley winter landscape really starts to wear off.
Tulip shares and more to come! But for now, let’s follow Mother Nature’s lead, and chill the f out for a few months.

The everlasting blooms 💫
Statice, strawflower, gomphrena, marigold, and many more can continue to provide that energy and brightness as a remembrance of summer, and as a beautiful contrast to the cool blue and reflective days of winter. It’s good to let yourself feel it all, in every season.

We are harvesting and drying our blooms for arrangements, posies, and wreaths. We will of course have our everlasting line of tincture, floral hydrosols, teas and more to bring that warmth of summer to you throughout the fall and winter.

This was one of the first weddings we designed florals for, and it always feels incredibly special to be apart of a couples magical day of love and celebration. Especially when we can say the bride and groom are dear friends. To many more years of love & adventuring, you two (and Tewks)!

Our blooms are still thriving as autumn gently settles in. Our shop stand will be set up this Sunday, 9:30am . We’ll have all of our Lu-Na herbal care, bouquets, and you can also pre-order arrangements in three different sizes.

A beautiful bundle of blooms, tincture, floral hydrosol, and herbal tea, all grown and made by us. They make the loveliest of gift. We have a variety of medicinal herbs to choose from, and once our farm is resting for the season, we will be offering dried flowers in lieu of fresh. Give the gift of beauty, comfort, and healing herbs.
