This might be the saddest post ever.
My business burned down early Sunday morning. It's a total loss and I am completely devastated.

On to the not so sad part....I have 3 weddings left to cater this year and I luckily found a food trailer to rent to make it through. It won't be the same as my little trailer but it will still be my amazing dough and ingredients.

Waiting for insurance people to come and look and I will rebuild.

This will not end brickoven Catering...it is just a tiny hiccup. I will be back in the spring with a wood fired trailer so I can cater all next year and many more after that.
*Currently not taking any more bookings for the future until I hear back from the insurance company.

Love all my supporters and friends.

If anyone came to the national night out and paid by card, can you let me know if the payment went through? All of my card sales were declined even though offline payments were on. Like 50 transactions...all declined. So I lost all my sales for the night.
Thanks so much. I just want all the info before the company (square) calls me back tomorrow.
