Hi everyone! Chelsey here, founder and creative force behind Radiant Promises Entertainment! โจ
When people ask what sets Radiant Promises apart, the answer comes down to one core belief:
Here is why families, community events, and organizers trust us to bring their favorite stories to life:

Beyond entertainment, my work with local families, community programs, and credentialed care environments shapes how we run our events. We don't just "show up in costume"โwe meet every child with patience, warmth, tailored attention, and pure joy. A lot of our performers are mothers, teachers and care-takers, we understand the safety and acceptance children need.
With hands-on background in professional entertainmentโincluding performing at conventions, theatre and festivals or even teaching. I built Radiant Promises to hold every interaction to โmemoryโ standard. I truly believe making core memories for all ages regardless of the age. We should always have child-like wonder in our hearts.
Children notice everything, especially when itโs someone they adore. I believe every character must step out from that fairytale. From the moment they enter, to the moment they exit we ensure that their voice, dress, movements are all the spirit of that character.
We don't do off-the-rack outfits. Our characters wear tailored, high-grade attire with meticulous attention to styling, makeup, and wig work. Up-close photos and hugs demand presentation, and that is exactly what we deliver every single time. We spend hundreds to make sure you get the full vision.
We love bringing high-caliber entertainment directly to Hernando, Pasco, Citrus, and our surrounding communities. We like making world-class magical memories accessible right here at home.
When you book with Radiant Promises, youโre not just booking a performer; youโre inviting a team that treats your family's special moment like our very own. I promise you. A lot of us are mothers or care-takers and wish to make memories last forever.
If youโre planning a birthday, festival, or community event and need a touch of enchantment, we would love to be part of your story!
