e girl, helping my mom in her garden and picking dandelions in our yard thinking they were the absolute most beautiful things. I get my design inspiration from the beauty of each individual bloom. Mother nature is a miraculous thing and I look at flowers as little gifts put here on earth to bring us happiness and joy. The best way for me to put into words my love for flowers is quoting Iris Murdoch.."People from a planet without flowers would think we must be mad with joy the whole time to have such things about us."

My secret weapon for quick and easy wedding cleanup 💨 Game changer.
I have a standard electric leaf blower as well but this little guy has just enough power to blow away the mess without ruining your design.

Balance? Never met her. 😂
Most days I’m spinning plates as a small business owner, artist, mom of 2 busy boys, wife, homemaker, and short-term owner/rental manager…to name a few.
Some days it’s magic, some days it’s mayhem — but that’s real life, and honestly, I wouldn’t trade it. 💪💛
Who else is just out here doing their best and calling it balance? 🙋‍♀️

We don’t judge…
How you decide to run your floral design business is totally up to you. We don’t judge or throw shade if you use floral foam.
However, we like to enlighten people that might not know there are other alternatives.
For instance, an old-school way of designing this urn would to be possibly filling it with foam. We are here to tell you that there is another way.
Insert a bucket, tape it in, fill it with water, use moss if needed to control spillage and utilize water tubes for shorter stems.

Feeling so grateful as I head into my 9th year of workshops. 🌿
Over the past 8 years, I’ve taught more than 100 classes and had the joy of creating with over 1,000 amazing attendees. Every single workshop has been such a special experience — filled with creativity, laughter, and community. 💐

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who has attended, supported, and shared Amber and Earth through the years. You’ve made this journey so meaningful. 💛

✨ 40 ✨

This week, I stepped into a new decade, and honestly, I couldn’t feel more grateful. I’ve been designing flowers since I was 28, and what a gift it has been to spend my days creating beauty, sharing it with you, and turning passion into a career I love.

The last two decades? They will be hard to top—they’ve shaped me, stretched me, and brought me here. And now, I’m ready for this next chapter.

I’m beyond grateful for the people in my life and the tribe that surrounds me—you all lift me higher. And above everything else, the most important job I’ll ever have is being a mother. I’m so thankful my boys get to watch me pursue my dreams, and I hope one day they’ll follow suit and chase their own.

In this decade, I look forward to traveling and feeding that part of my soul that longs to wander. I’m excited to explore new business ventures, with ideas both within and outside of the flower world. I have things cookin’ and I cannot wait to share it with you. And most of all, I’m honored to remain your local flower girl—whether I’m bringing blooms to your wedding day or guiding you through a workshop. Thank you to everyone who has allowed me to enter their life briefly to bring you flowers.
