Who said you can't have your cake and eat it too!! Today as I celebrate my birthday I want to take a moment thank everyone who has supported our little businesses both Chocolate Encore and Bavarian Cakery through the years. I am so grateful to the Lord for giving me the passion and creativity and provision in serving others, Venues, vendor friends, clients, employees past and present, friends and family. You have all helped me create the sweetest memories serving others and I am so thankful to you all for each opportunity.

Help me wish this wonderful lady Happy birthday!
If you dont know, this is my sweet mother in law that helps keep things clean and organized at the bakery. She helps with the shopping, event pack outs, cleaning, preparing the cake tasting appointments, hospitality and is willing to do whatever is needed to keep the rest of the balls rolling! She is also a proffessional wedding seamstress and helps many of our clients with their wedding and bridal party gowns.
Happy birthday Norma Little ! Cheers to many more beautiful years! You are a cherished treasure!
