Just got my first contract with first FHA VIP program. All lenders prior told him either bank statement program or P & L AND 20% DOWN!!! I got him approved with 3.5% down with our plan. Family is very happy. WOhoo! AP

ITIN loan - Are the toughest. They are loans to those with no legal status. You'll be surprised that many good people fall into this category. They have families and needs and deserve a home too!
I won't tell you that we have the smallest down payment requirement. Or the the lowest rates. Rates on these loans since when I started back in 2001 in Mortgage have always been 2 or even 3 points higher than that of USA citizen to be frank.
So what is our advantage? It's huge! Credit. I read our credit requirements and it is awesome! We understand that a non citizen may not have the established DEEP credit. We adjust accordingly. I tell you here at Cliffco Mortgage we have an edge in every loan type and program.
