FUN times - Making Dreams come true for tiny tots and Teens alike…
Parties are 1.5 hours of pony entertainment…

The package limit applies to every guest participating in OUR pony activity ; rides, art, games, dress-up, - regardless of age because of crowding around us, safety, how many ART supplies we need, prizes Required, set up & clean up time etc…. And our parties need to remain FUN, with enough ponies to space kids out, and staff to feel in control - As we say we like to see everyone’s fingers and toes !
If you are over our limit - we may not have enough STAFF or supplies, prizes and conditions may feel dismally chaotic, safety is challenged - and the riding pony will be tired & have to be unsaddled.

Included in your pony party:

PONY RIDES
up to 65 pounds.
A larger riding pony is available - can carry riders up to 100 pounds, (if your SPACE allows) * but not suitable for under 5s, & must be booked as an additional riding pony.
SPACE:
● Shade is required for the activity area.
● 12 ft × 12 ft area for painting and decorating.
● Pony rides require a minimum 30 ft × 8 ft clear area for turnaround.
● PARKING
40 ft space required directly outside the home for truck & horse trailer, with forward drive-out access. We cannot park down the street, across the road, on a neighbor’s property, or where reversing is required
● Please provide access to an outdoor water hose and sprayer.
● A host adult must keep guests who are not participating outside the designated pony and activity areas.
Guests may not feed, approach, or handle the ponies at trailer unless invited by our team.
Booking and payment:
A non-refundable $300 deposit is required to reserve your date. Your booking is confirmed once we have spoken and received the deposit.
The remaining balance is due on the event day before your event begins. We do not start without payment.

Cancellation and rescheduling:
We do not cancel due to weather.
If you cancel, you may reschedule within 6 months and apply your deposit to the new date, or donate the deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are subject to the full booking balance.
Minors and Ponies’ safety and site conditions must remain suitable for a Fun happy stress-free event. If conditions make it unsafe to proceed, we will unsaddle, and in extreme cases of vulnerability leave the venue.
