2006. My Throwback restaurant and catering management days. Recruited out of college to work at Lubys. Came to Houston from Shreveport,LA to do what was supposed to be a 3 month training and go work back home.

The culinary arts training on top of learning how to run a business was very essential to helping me become the person I am today. I took every moment as a learning opportunity. 😎
