When executing large-scale events, binders are key for us to stay organized. During the event they become our resource guides, a place for recap notes, a location for master lists. While our folders are essential for distributing valuable information for event staff and volunteers. The sheet protectors help protect our sheets during a fast-paced multi day environment.

Giving back is something special to me

As a child, I was a recipient of organization efforts such as this. Now I take every opportunity possible to assist in giving back. This time I assisted the meal service program to distribute 1,500 meals to youth 1-18yrs old. This volunteer opportunity also allowed me to reconnect with a giving officer and event producers, network with new people, and gather helpful information.

Fun fact: volunteering is where I got started in my event journey.

It's almost Prom season

Our annual Prom Dress Drive is in full swing. We are collecting new and gently used formal attire for HISD students in need.

We are in need of all sizes:
👗 Formal (prom) dresses
👠 Shoes
📿 Jewelry
👛 Accessories

We will be collecting items at Painted Tree Westchase location on March 21, 2026 from 12:00 - 3:00 pm. Bring a friend to donate your items and stay for the boutique experience.

Before the storm 🧊

Mini staycation to get away from the hustle and everyday grind. If you know me, I tend to keep myself busy with planning events. The getaway was planned before the storm was even on our radar. We made our preparations before we left and kept an eye on the weather. Although we cut the stay shorter than expected to make it home safely, it was a great escape.

Now that we have returned to business as usual, we have big plans as we are working on upcoming events for the next few months, including event decor.
